Our story
Born from a need we saw every day
Wellness Care Group grew out of conversations happening on stoops, in community centers, and around kitchen tables across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Families were struggling — not because help didn't exist, but because the systems meant to provide it felt distant, complicated, or unwelcoming.
We started small: a handful of dedicated community workers connecting neighbors to the resources they needed. Over time, that work grew into a full network of wellness support services — always guided by the people we serve.
Today, Wellness Care Group partners with public health organizations, city agencies, and local nonprofits to make sure no one has to navigate the system alone.
